Working directly with Chocolate Master Chris Kollar, we seep sweet cream into our spices for 1 full day in order to achieve a bold flavor to then infuse the ganache. Topped with the spices to signify the infused chocolate, this sweet treat is sure to please and pairs perfectly with bold red wines – especially 2010 FEAST Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
