Olympic Gold medalist Brian Boitano is a winner both on the ice and in the kitchen. His career spans the worlds of food, skating, and entertainment. Boitano holds over skating over 50 titles, including 4 national titles, 2 world titles, the Olympic title and more professional titles than any other skater in the history of the sport.

He is also the star of Food Network and Cooking Channel’s, What Would Brian Boitano Make, which was named top 10 Food Network shows to watch by TV squad. On the air, self-taught cook, Boitano demonstrates his culinary skills and talent for one-of-a-kind entertaining. Boitano has also as written a cookbook of the same name. His recipes are designed for anyone with an active lifestyle, who is concerned with nutrition and great food. His HGTV series The Boitano Project garnered the highest ever ratings for a home improvement series.

Boitano’s list of accomplishments includes winning a primetime Emmy award and producing more than 30 TV specials. Boitano is a member of the US Olympic Hall of Fame, The World Skating Hall of Fame and the US Skating Hall of Fame. He is an author, keynote speaker, and philanthropist.
In 1998, Brian founded Youth Skate. Since its inaugural year, more than 10,000 of San Francisco’s inner-city youth ages 5-15 have been introduced to the sport of ice skating. For his work with the program Boitano was recently awarded the Jefferson Award. Boitano recently opened his first Boitano’s Lounge in Lincoln, Nebraska in the Kindler Hotel. The Kindler sought Boitano out after seeing his appearance as a guest judge on the Gordon Ramsey show. The owner, Nick Castaneda said, “We are so pleased with his recipes, mixology and the concept that we are looking into including additional Boitano’s Lounges in each city of expansion for the Kindler Hotel.
