Seared Scallops with Braised Cabbage & Greens

Though some kiddos may enjoy this, we suggest this dish as a simple entertaining or date night FEAST!

Seared Scallops with Braised Cabbage & Greens (Serves 4)

Instructions & Ingredients:

BRAISED CABBAGE:
4 Thick Cut Slices of Applewood Smoked Bacon
1 – Small Yellow Onion – Roughly Chopped
1 – Medium to Large Red Cabbage – Roughly Chopped
2-3 Large Garlic Cloves (based on preference of how garlicky you want it to be!)

In a hot skillet cook bacon until cooked thoroughly. Place cooked bacon aside and keep fat in the pan. Add chopped onions

SALAD DRESSING:
1 Tb. – Chopped Shallot
X – Dijon Mustard
3 Tb. – Champagne Vinegar
1/2 C. Clover Cream
